- Dana axles are equipped with a high-torque output system specifically for agricultural machinery. For example, tractors can output up to [X] Nm of torque. This allows tractors to pull heavy agricultural implements for deep plowing operations with powerful power, easily overcome the strong resistance of the soil, ensure uniform plowing depth, and improve the quality of cultivated land. Compared with ordinary axles, the operating efficiency can be increased by about 20%.
- Facing the harsh environment and high-intensity operation requirements in agricultural production, Dana axles use special high-strength steel to manufacture key components, and undergo special surface treatment processes to significantly enhance the corrosion and wear resistance of the components. In long-term field operation simulation tests, the wear degree of key components of Dana axles was reduced by about 35% compared with ordinary axles, effectively extending the service life of the axles, reducing the number of equipment shutdowns for maintenance due to failures, greatly ensuring the continuity of agricultural production during the busy farming season, and reducing overall operating costs.
