Wet Sprayer Underground Mining
Its rigid – structured integral chassis, paired with a US – made Dana walking bridge, features a four – wheel drive and four – wheel steering closed – circuit hydrostatic system. This setup offers great braking and climbing capabilities, adapting well to complex job sites. The vehicle uses a German – imported Rexroth hydraulic system with a long – stroke, large – cylinder – diameter shotcrete pump, ensuring high reliability across various working conditions.
The manipulator has a double – rotation and double – extension articulated boom design. It provides a wide spraying range and multiple degrees of freedom. Operators can remotely control spraying flatness and rebound rates precisely. The structure is stable, with smooth and gentle movements, allowing for quick boom raising and retracting.
